Performing Health applies evidence-based medicine with coaching technology. Our team of integrated clinical professionals work to individualize a dynamic nutrition program using a variety of interactive methods that give dancers and young athletes the tools they need to build, modify, and sustain their overall wellness.

The Build, Modify, Sustain Program is for dancers and athletes and those who work with them. Dance is an expression of the soul, and keeping the dancer or athlete’s instrument, their body, finely tuned is the essence of this nutrition- wellness approach.
